Two Docusaurus plugins

A small thing I'm pleased by: two plugins I made are now listed in the official Docusaurus docs.
docusaurus-plugin-glossary adds a searchable glossary, automatic links, and inline definitions. docusaurus-plugin-cookie-consent adds a configurable cookie consent banner and preference management.
It's nice to have made a couple of things useful enough to sit alongside the tools I've relied on while building this site.
